1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Booking Confirmation: To confirm your booking you have book from our website which design you like just add in cart ,enter address and contact number and make a payment,Further we will connect on the given details by you.

1.2 Payment Methods: We accept online payments .

1.3 Cancellation/Refund Policy: No cancellation and Refund.All payments are final

2. Services Offered

2.1 Mehandi Application: Our services include applying mehndi on the hands, feet, and other body parts as per the client’s request.

2.2 Custom Designs: We offer custom mehndi designs tailored to the client’s preferences. The designs may take longer to apply and may incur additional charges.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Health Considerations: The client must inform the mehndi artist of any allergies or sensitivities before the application of the Mehandi.

3.2 Timeliness: The client is responsible for ensuring that they are present at the agreed-upon time and location for the service. Delays may result in reduced service time.

3.3 Personal Property: The client is responsible for their own personal belongings. We are not liable for any lost or damaged property during the service.

4. Mehndi Care

4.1 Aftercare: It is essential to follow the aftercare instructions to ensure the longevity and vibrancy of the mehndi stain. These instructions will be provided after the service.

4.2 Stain Duration: The final color of the mehndi stain will appear within 24 to 48 hours after application and may last for up to 20 days depending on skin type, aftercare, and environment.

5. Liability

5.1 Skin Sensitivity: While we use high-quality, natural henna, we are not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities that may occur. Patch testing is available upon request.

5.2 Damage to Clothing/Property: We make every effort to prevent staining of clothing and property; however, we cannot be held responsible for any accidental stains caused during the mehndi application process.

6. Event Day Conditions

6.1 Delays: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays, we will inform you as soon as possible. However, the artist is not responsible for any delays that may affect the completion time.

6.2 Setup: The client is responsible for ensuring a clean and appropriate space for the mehandi application. This includes providing sufficient lighting and seating for the artist to work comfortably.

7. Photography 

7.1 Photography: We may take photographs of the finished mehndi designs for promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise. By booking our services, you give us permission to use these images in our marketing materials or social media.

8. Force Majeure

8.1 Unforeseen Circumstances: We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, accidents, or illness.

9. Agreement

9.1 By booking an appointment with MehandiArtistDelhi, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change without prior notice, and the most current version will apply to your booking.
